Irene wanted me to write a blog, but I thought I'd try this for a year instead.
Years later, in 2011, I realize that the above no longer makes sense, since I have stopped photographing breakfast and instead occasionally put down random thoughts. These days I photograph our granddaughter's lovely face, paint for fun, knit and teach knitting at an after-school program for girls, and read. Life is good, if a bit slow, but then, so am I.
That sounds delicious and like something I could not even eat a bite off. All over the place, people are eating things I can't anymore, but I sure enjoy watching people have fun with food. I should become a connoisseur and a critic. Half a bite of everything slowly, washed down with a sip of wine.
Wouldn't want wine with this, LOL, but it was tasty. Very rich. I love the bananas in the recipe, usually I add orange marmalade to the cheese. The slices give a different flavor and texture.
