I always view your breakfast picture when it is breakfast time here. What timing! Your eggs always look so good, but what I eat is porridge that I make in the microwave. Today I will buy eggs.

I poach my eggs, whole or just the whites, with a bit of butter, about 1/4 of a slice, in each poaching cup. I don't eat oatmeal for breakfast, but will have it as a snack, with walnuts and bananas. I make that in the microwave.
