Irene wanted me to write a blog, but I thought I'd try this for a year instead.
Years later, in 2011, I realize that the above no longer makes sense, since I have stopped photographing breakfast and instead occasionally put down random thoughts. These days I photograph our granddaughter's lovely face, paint for fun, knit and teach knitting at an after-school program for girls, and read. Life is good, if a bit slow, but then, so am I.
Are those the same berries again? They must be sweet of themselves, because I don't see the sugar bowl. You are like me. Once you like a food, you really like it.
These blueberries weren't so sweet as the last box, but they were still tasty. I never put sugar on fruit, just eat it as it is. What fruits are in your markets now? Are you getting shipments from South America?
I'll have to look in the supermarket, because I never eat any fruit. I'll pay attention to that today when I go shopping. Is there something special about South American fruit that I don't know off?

Nothing special except that blueberries aren't in season here so they're being imported.
