What sort of nutrition is there in egg whites anyway, seriously? I hope you have a healthy snack later in the morning. I am hooked on oatmeal now. It is very good. I need to buy orange juice, I keep forgetting.

Protein. One large, thirty three gram raw, fresh egg white would pack in 17 calories with zero fat and zero cholesterol. It also has zero carbohydrates, about 4 grams of protein and 55 milligrams of sodium.

That's good to know. Tanks for the information. You learn something new every day. Less calories than oatmeal!

Oatmeal's good for reducing cholesterol levels, and it's a good source of fiber. I like to have some in the evening, with a banana. But I really need protein in the morning.
