Today, after perfectly poached eggs for more than seven months, a yolk broke!

I like that. It makes for a very artistic study and it gives it a je ne sais quoi. As if all the previous poached eggs have led up to this imperfect moment, that is so perfect and unique. It makes it look more appetizing too and you can take some bread and sop up the yolks.
